You can tell your sacral chakra is blocked if you’re feeling shut down sexually or creatively. It can also become blocked when you develop a sort of tunnel vision for your own desires.

- Engage in some art, even if it’s just viewing! Think about what appeals to you, how do you feel when you create, see, or hear art?
- Say it with me: ohh. This is the sound of the Sacral Chakra. By repeating this sound it becomes a mantra that tunes and cleanses the resonating chakra.
- Visualise a bright orange disc where your Sacral Chakra is, spinning in an anti-clockwise direction.
- Hold some carnelian in your hands and position them over your Sacral Chakra. Breathe deeply and feel the energy of the crystal as it connects to you.
