5 Minute Earth Magic

Here are a few easy steps to honour and connect with the element of Earth:

1. Go outside and find a rock, a flower, a stick… anything from Mother Nature that catches your attention! (A great way to start this is by asking the Earth for a gift just for you)

2. Holding your item, take some time to practice gratitude and contemplate the ways in which the Earth provides for us.

3. Thank the earth for your gift, and bring it to your altar inside (or somewhere you can see it and be reminded of your moment of connection).

4. Use your item in future ritual or spellwork to represent the element of Earth.
