Weaving Protection and Peace – A Binding Spell
Binding spells are a powerful way to stop harmful influences without causing harm in return. They are about restraint, not revenge, neutralising negativity while maintaining ethical integrity. If someone is spreading toxicity, a binding spell can act as a spiritual safeguard.
You will need:
A slip of paper
A black candle
Sea salt
Eight short lengths of black embroidery floss or sewing thread
A fire-safe dish
The Steps:
- Write the person’s name on the paper and place it before you.
- Light the black candle as a beacon of power.
- Create a clockwise circle of sea salt around the paper.
- Tie a knot around the paper with one piece of floss, letting it crumple.
- Recite: “I bind you, [name]. You are powerless to harm. Your hostility ends today.”
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the remaining thread, making eight knots in total.
- Extinguish the candle to close the ritual.
- Leave the bound paper within the salt circle overnight.
- In the morning, flush the salt and burn the bound name to finalise the spell.
Trust that the energy you weave will serve its purpose. May your magic be strong, your will unwavering, and your spirit at peace.
You’ve carried enough. It’s time to let it go.
