- Say it with me: eee. This is the sound of the Crown Chakra. By repeating this sound it becomes a mantra that tunes and cleanses the resonating chakra.
- Visualise a bright violet disc where your Crown Chakra is, spinning in a clockwise direction.
- Hold some fluorite in your hands and position them over your Crown Chakra. Breathe deeply and feel the energy of the crystal as it connects to you.
